About the products

Cocktail Architect is a professional app for developing cocktails and menus. It calculates the ABV, sweetness, acidity, bitterness, dilution and cost of the final drink in real time. It helps you create variations based on classic recipes and provides tools for making mixers and cordials. Your assistant behind the bar, saving you loads of time and money. The app is available in two languages (EN/RU) and is optimised for mobile.

The web app is in early access mode until June 24th. Right now you can access it only as a bonus with the purchase of Guide to the Classics. Why? Because we want to collect your feedback and experience to make the application better. Right now we're gathering input and finalising AI helper development — and we can't build the best user experience without you. Thank you for your understanding, and see you inside!

Why Cocktail Architect

You mix, taste, adjust — and burn through premium product chasing something that's already governed by chemistry and math.

Recipe Donor changes that. Making a twist on a Whiskey Sour? Pick the classic and tap: "Replace with 50 ml of my cordial." Architect tells you exactly how much sugar and acid those 50 ml need. The rest is creativity: infuse with raspberry, lemongrass, whatever. Balance is guaranteed.

For managers: top bars run on pre-batches. Digitise the balance of a prep and Architect calculates total dilution, ABV, and food cost on the spot. Quality stops depending on who's on shift — a trainee pours the same stable drink you do.

Why Guide to the Classics

Ever stood behind the counter and realised you don't really understand the classics? Hundreds of recipes, none of them sticking, and the guest is already waiting.

I've been there. Then it clicked: you don't need to memorise hundreds of recipes — you need eight templates. Suddenly Negroni, Old Pal, and Boulevardier stop being three different cocktails. It's one logic. Change one element — different cocktail. Change two — another one.

Plus spirits, syrups, citrus, ice, glassware, techniques, and mechanics — system, structure, and personal notes, everything in one place. 64 pages. Just the essentials, nothing extra. Available in EN/RU languages.

  • Guide to Modern Cocktails and Techniques

This guide is for those who already have the bartending basics down and want to start experimenting. If the previous guide was about classics and understanding them, this one is a dive into the modern bar industry.

Over the last 10–15 years, cocktails have changed a lot. New techniques are no longer just for restaurant kitchens – they've moved behind the bar, and the bartenders who use them think about drinks differently.

  • The History and Evolution of the Cocktail

Have you ever wondered: how did bar culture actually begin? How did the first mixed drinks come about? What role did drinking establishments play in society, and how did all of that change over the centuries?
