# Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and purchase options for the **Cocktail Architect** application. Subscription billing is managed by Lemon Squeezy.

## Cancellation Terms by Plan
### Basic Plan (Monthly)
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account settings in the Cocktail Architect application or by contacting us at contact@thatbartenderproject.com.
Upon cancellation, your access to the application continues until the end of the current monthly billing period. **No refund is issued for the unused portion of the billing period.** Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.

### Pro AI Plan and Premium AI Plan (Monthly)
Same terms as the Basic Plan (monthly) above. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing month. No refund is issued.

### Basic Plan (Annual)
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the annual billing period. **No prorated refunds are issued for unused months.** Your subscription will not renew after the current annual period ends.

### Basic Plan with 7-Day Trial
The 7-day trial begins immediately upon activation.
- **Cancel before the end of the 7th day:** You will not be charged. Your trial access ends immediately upon cancellation.
- **Cancel on the 8th day or later:** If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription automatically converts to the monthly Basic Plan. You will be billed for one full month. **No refund is issued.** Your access continues until the end of that monthly billing period, after which your subscription ends.
**A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to activate the trial.** This is a mandatory requirement of our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and cannot be waived. Your card will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.

We do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions, except where required by applicable law.
