## Digital Products (Guides and Electronic Materials)
All digital products, including guides and educational materials, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase and file access is granted. The only exception is Cocktail Architect Lifetime.
This is because digital products are made immediately available for download and cannot be returned to their original state.
Before purchasing, we recommend:
- Carefully review the product description and contents
- Read the available preview or sample material
- Contact us if you have any questions about the content

## Cocktail Architect: Lifetime key
The lifetime key comes with a 14-day guarantee. It applies to keys bought at full price through our checkout, and it works as follows.
1. Time limit
You can ask for a refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase date shown on your receipt. Requests sent after the 14th day are not accepted.
2. What you need to do first
All four steps must be done within those 14 days, with the key you bought:
- Activate your lifetime key.
- Create a super juice or a prep in the Workshop.
- Build one of your own cocktails in the Laboratory.
- Cost that cocktail in the Shift.
3. How to ask for a refund
Write to oleg@thatbartenderproject.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include:
- your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt;
- a screenshot of your super juice or prep in the Workshop;
- a screenshot of your costed cocktail in the Shift;
- a few words on why Cocktail Architect did not save you time or product.
Requests without the order number or both screenshots cannot be processed. We reply to every request within 5 working days.
4. How the refund is made
Once your request is approved, we refund the full price you paid through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, to your original payment method. The money can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. If you paid with PayPal Pay Later, PayPal applies the refund to your Pay Later plan under its own terms. We do not make partial refunds.
5. After the refund
Your lifetime key is switched off on the day of the refund, and Basic access ends. The Guide to the Classics eBook included with the key stays yours.
6. When the guarantee does not apply
- Keys received for free: giveaway prizes, gifts, partner and creator keys.
- A second refund for the same person or email address. The guarantee covers one lifetime purchase per person.
- Keys bought for reselling or sharing.
- Orders with an open chargeback or payment dispute. A chargeback switches the key off at once.
- AI plans (Pro AI and Premium AI). These are separate monthly subscriptions and follow the subscription and digital products terms in this Refund policy.
7. Buying again
If you buy a lifetime key again after a refund, you pay the lifetime price of that day. The founding price is not reserved for you. The refunds for the second, third, or more times bought keys are not eligible.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

## Pre-Orders
A pre-order can be cancelled before the official product release date. Once the product is released and the guide is delivered, refunds are not possible.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, contact us before the product release date and we will refund your payment.

## Cocktail Architect Application — Subscriptions
Subscription payments for the Cocktail Architect application are processed and managed by Lemon Squeezy.
We do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions, except where required by applicable law. The following terms apply per plan:
- Basic Plan (monthly), Pro AI Plan (monthly) and Premium AI Plan (monthly): No refunds are issued after a billing period has started. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Basic Plan (annual): No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused months. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
- Basic Plan with 7-Day Trial: You may cancel at any time before the end of the 7th day without being charged. If you cancel on the 8th day or later, after the trial has automatically converted to the monthly Basic Plan, you will be billed for one month. No refund will be issued, and access will continue until the end of that billing month.
A valid payment method is required to activate the 7-day trial. This is a requirement of our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Your card will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends.

## Technical Issues
If you experience any problems downloading a file or accessing your purchase (corrupted file, email with download link not received, or issues accessing the Cocktail Architect application), please contact us. We will help resolve the issue or provide an alternative way to access the content.
