## Digital Products (Guides and Electronic Materials)
All digital products, including guides and educational materials, are **non-refundable and non-exchangeable** after purchase and file access is granted.
This is because digital products are made immediately available for download and cannot be returned to their original state.
Before purchasing, we recommend:
- Carefully review the product description and contents
- Read the available preview or sample material
- Contact us if you have any questions about the content

## Pre-Orders
A pre-order can be cancelled before the official product release date. Once the product is released and the guide is delivered, refunds are not possible.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, contact us before the product release date and we will refund your payment.

## Cocktail Architect Application — Subscriptions
Subscription payments for the Cocktail Architect application are processed and managed by Lemon Squeezy.
**We do not offer refunds for digital subscriptions**, except where required by applicable law. The following terms apply per plan:
- **Basic Plan (monthly)**, **Pro AI Plan (monthly)** and **Premium AI Plan (monthly):** No refunds are issued after a billing period has started. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- **Basic Plan (annual):** No refunds or prorated credits are issued for unused months. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the annual billing period.
- **Basic Plan with 7-Day Trial:** You may cancel at any time before the end of the 7th day without being charged. If you cancel on the 8th day or later, after the trial has automatically converted to the monthly Basic Plan, you will be billed for one month. No refund will be issued, and access will continue until the end of that billing month.
A valid payment method is required to activate the 7-day trial. This is a requirement of our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Your card will not be charged during the trial if you cancel before it ends.

## Technical Issues
If you experience any problems downloading a file or accessing your purchase (corrupted file, email with download link not received, or issues accessing the Cocktail Architect application), please contact us. We will help resolve the issue or provide an alternative way to access the content.
