Nia
Nova
Growth partner for travel and hospitality brands selling to Western travellers.
Ten years in marketing. P&G, Nestlé, Caparol, Purcari, Shop LC. I build the acquisition system that fills rooms and seats directly, so you stop renting demand from an OTA at twenty-five percent.
Proof
Every number above comes from a source report: Northbeam, Meta Ads Manager, Metricool. I can send the documentation if you want to check it.

The problem I solve
Independent properties hand 63% of their bookings to OTAs, then pay up to 30% for the privilege.
A direct booking is worth $519 against $320 through an OTA, and cancels at half the rate. Every hotel knows this. Very few of them have anyone who can build the demand that makes direct booking work.
Put your own property through it. A million dollars in rooms, with 63% of it booked through OTAs at 25% all in, is about $157,000 a year in commission. Move a fifth of those bookings to direct and roughly $31,000 a year stays on your books. It keeps compounding, because a guest who books direct is yours to bring back.
The job is not posting. It is building the thing underneath: the offer, audience research in the customer's own words, paid acquisition, the funnel, and the content that keeps the funnel fed. I ran it on $444,806 of spend for an e-commerce brand and brought back $2.08M in first-time customer revenue. The same engine fills rooms.
What changes is the market, and that is the second half of what I bring. My own audience is the Western European traveller. I don't study that customer from a deck. I live in the places they fly to, and I publish to them.

The difference
The system is the part you are paying for.
I built the Content Growth System myself, the method and the software both. Ten years of doing this work went into it. Four client audits have run through it so far, along with social and email engine planning and strategy. There is nothing else like it on the market, because I built the first one.
The rules are why the writing sounds like you instead of like a marketer. I record your customers' exact words and use those as the copy. If a claim can't be traced back to a line in a source document, it gets cut. AI drafts never get published; everything goes through a written quality check first.

How to work with me
I own the growth function end to end. Strategy, spend, creative, reporting, and the number at the end of it.

What the travel audience actually watches.

The audience

This is a working travel account. I don't sell it as the product. It's here because it shows I know the customer my clients want, and because it's a channel I can point at a campaign.
Third-party verified by HypeAuditor, August 2026. Average views rank higher than 89% of creators of comparable size, and audience authenticity is rated high.
Italy and Germany together are close to half the follower base, aged 25 to 35. The Indonesian share is the Bali expat community, from the years I lived there. Paid campaigns are running in Germany, Greece and Italy right now, and I can send you the current numbers from those.
Where I'll be
I'm going to be in these places anyway.
Multi-market campaigns usually mean one person in one city imagining the rest of the map. For the next eight months I'm moving through the corridor between Southeast Asia and Europe, which happens to be the corridor most inbound tourism marketing is trying to move people along.
What are you trying to grow?
Start with the audit. Two weeks, fixed scope, and the plan is yours to keep and to run with anyone. Tell me the number you need to hit in the next six months and I will tell you what I would do about it. If I don't think I can move that number, I will say so on the call and I won't take the project.
