## Platform and Hosting
This online store is built on the Shopify platform, operated by Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin Street, 8th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 1L4, Canada. Shopify hosts our storefront and website. Shopify does not process payments for our products.
## Payments and Orders
All purchases — including digital guides, the Cocktail Architect application, and any future products — are processed exclusively through Lemon Squeezy (A2 Networks, Inc.), who acts as Merchant of Record. All applicable taxes (VAT, GST, and other local taxes) are collected and remitted by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing through our store, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.
## AI Services
The AI assistant feature in the Cocktail Architect application (Pro AI plan) is powered by Claude, developed by Anthropic, Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA. Use of AI features is subject to Anthropic's usage policies.
## Cloud Data Storage
Cloud data synchronization for the Cocktail Architect application is provided by Supabase, Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA.
## Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy for digital products and our subscription cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions. In summary:
- Digital products (guides, electronic materials) are non-refundable after download access is granted.
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refunds are issued for unused periods. The 7-day trial (Basic Plan with Trial) may be cancelled before the end of the 7th day at no charge.
## Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve all disputes directly. Please contact us at contact@thatbartenderproject.com before pursuing any formal proceedings. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints directly and promptly.
